4. Account Registration and Security

All information must match your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Immediately notify ug2121 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out from your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

ug2121 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to User negligence in safeguarding credentials. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, ug2121 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Additional documentation if deemed necessary for verification purposes.

Verification is typically required before processing your first withdrawal. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or suspended until documentation is provided.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ug2121 accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method:

• Bank transfers: Minimum Rp 50,000
• E-wallets: Minimum Rp 25,000

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance without fees. Funds deposited must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after submission, subject to KYC verification and security checks. Withdrawals are transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name during Account creation. You may only withdraw to payment methods previously used for deposits.

ug2121 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50,000 for banks and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on Account status and verification level.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair and honest gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unintended benefits.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or other forms of advantage play.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.

ug2121 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and fraudulent behavior. Violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) options, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided or settled according to our sports betting rules.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and are displayed before bet placement.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, including slots (slot gacor), table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 8. Limitations of Liability

• Losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to User negligence in safeguarding credentials.
• Third-party service provider failures, including payment processors or game providers.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void, and stakes will be refunded to your Account. ug2121's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited into the User's Account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ug2121 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You engage in prohibited activities such as bonus abuse, money laundering, or cheating.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled, and your Account balance (minus any withheld amounts related to violations) will be returned to you. You will not be entitled to claim any bonuses, promotions, or other benefits upon termination.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion and permanent closure requests are processed immediately and are irreversible.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
